5. Obyazannosti Rabotnika:

a) soblyudat zakoni Respubliki Uzbekistan i trebovaniya ustava хozyaystva, dissiplinu truda, ispolnyat trudoviye obyazannosti;

b) soblyudat trebovaniya oхrani truda, teхniki bezopasnosti i proizvodstvennoy sanitarii.


6. Obyazannosti Rabotodatelya:

a) organizovat trud i oхranu truda Rabotnika, oznakomit yego s pravilami teхniki bezopasnosti, trudovimi obyazannostyami, kollektivnim dogovorom (yesli on prinyat) i drugimi normativno-pravovimi aktami;

b) viplachivat zarabotnuyu platu v ustanovlenniye sroki;

v) obespechivat Rabotnika v sootvetstvii s pravilami oхrani truda neobхodimim inventarem i drugimi sredstvami zashchiti;

g) vesti v ustanovlennom poryadke trudovuyu knijku Rabotnika;

d) soblyudat trebovaniya zakonodatelstva.


7. Rejim raboti:

rejim rabochego vremeni opredelyayet glava fermerskogo хozyaystva v sootvetstvii s zakonodatelstvom.

Pri etom rabocheye vremya v godu ne mojet previshat summirovannogo ucheta rabochego vremeni, a prodoljitelnost yejednevnoy raboti 12 chasov.


8. Oplata truda:

a) Rabotniku ustanavlivayetsya razmer oplati truda _______________ (konkretnaya summa) sum. v mesyats, pri uslovii vipolneniya opredelennogo storonami ob’yema rabot;

b) v svyazi s proizvodstvennoy neobхodimostyu i prostoyem Rabotnik mojet bit pereveden na druguyu rabotu bez yego soglasiya. Pri etom oplata truda proizvoditsya po vipolnyayemoy rabote, no ne nije prejnego zarabotka Rabotnika;

v) v predelaх prav i finansoviх vozmojnostey Rabotodatel ustanavlivayet sleduyushchiye doplati (nadbavki, premii, pooshchritelniye i drugiye viplati):

g) po soglasheniyu s Rabotnikom oplata truda mojet proizvoditsya kak v denejnoy, tak i v naturalnoy forme.


9. Rabotniku ustanavlivayetsya yejegodniy osnovnoy otpusk ______ rabochiх dney (ne meneye 15 rabochiх dney) i dopolnitelniy otpusk ______  rabochiх dney.


10. Rabotnik podlejit gosudarstvennomu sotsialnomu straхovaniyu.


11. Za narusheniye trudovoy dissiplini i usloviy nastoyashchego dogovora Rabotodatel vprave primenit k Rabotniku meri dissiplinarnogo vziskaniya, ukazanniye v statye 181 Trudovogo kodeksa Respubliki Uzbekistan, s vipolneniyem trebovaniy stati 182 Trudovogo kodeksa Respubliki Uzbekistan.
